These Terms of Service govern your use of holdgloves.com and any purchase you make from it. The store operates under the trading name HOLD (“HOLD”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
Products and prices
Prices displayed on the Site exclude applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Where HOLD is required to collect sales tax, the applicable amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and our tax-collection obligations.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to describe and show our products accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that a colour appears exactly as it does in person. Our gloves are offered in one size with a relaxed cut; the recommended hand measurements and the way to measure are published on the product page. Size information is a recommendation, not a guarantee of fit.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full. Please give accurate contact and shipping details; we may cancel an order we cannot fulfil because the details are wrong or incomplete.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment details.
Shipping
Where we ship, what shipping costs and how tracking works are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. All sales are final for change-of-mind and fit-related reasons. Incorrect, damaged, faulty, undelivered or materially misdescribed orders are covered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or attempt to breach its security, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data from it, to impersonate anyone, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or end your access if you do.
Intellectual property
The HOLD name, the site and its content — text, photography, drawings and design — belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Feedback, photos, and videos
We use feedback to improve HOLD. Before publishing your feedback as a testimonial or using your photos or videos on our website, social media, or in advertising, we will ask for your permission.
Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, payments are handled by PayPal, and orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.
Availability of the site
We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
If part of these terms does not apply
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Ending these terms
These terms apply whenever you use the site. Obligations and liabilities incurred before they end continue to apply afterwards.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Your rights
These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
