Shipping area

HOLD currently ships within the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Shipping cost

A flat $4 shipping fee applies to each order. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email after your order ships and the carrier accepts the parcel.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment. This is an estimate and not a guarantee: actual delivery depends on the destination and the carrier.

Address changes

Customers should contact hello@holdgloves.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot be changed after the order has entered fulfillment.

Delivery problems

If tracking stops updating, or an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@holdgloves.com with the order number and relevant photos where applicable. HOLD will review the case and provide the appropriate next step.
